Little did I know this time last year that I would be sitting in a worship center back in SoCal, listening to a Christmas Eve Service run through at Crossroads Community Church, but God did.
There will be more to come about the journey and God’s faithfulness. I am so glad to be an adopted child of Emmanuel, God with us! A redeemed rahamuffin on a journey which will last a season and be identified as my life.
The transition has been one of trust and faith. It’s been difficult for all of us but the days are now full of more joy than sadness and that’s a great place in which to dwell. A car stolen is not as bad as sickness or something truly life-threatening….but it was an obstacle none-the-less…and one in which God provided, because that’s who He is.
What’s to come in 2017? I’m not sure so I’m just going to take this time and rest in Who I know already came, some 2000 years ago, Jesus- He’s My King!
